The Forgen 500NT is the latest version of their popular 500 model, featuring improved generator coils for greater power generation.
Vertical axis turbines don't produce as much power as their horizontal axis counterparts, but their simplicity makes them exceptionally reliable.
It would be hard to find a renewable power source that is more simple than a Forgen - a single set of bearings, curved vanes to harness the wind's power, and magnets passing over resin-encased coils to generate electricity.
